<congress display="yes">118th CONGRESS</congress><session display="yes">2d Session</session><legis-num display="yes">S. 3267</legis-num><current-chamber display="no">IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES</current-chamber><legis-type display="yes">AN ACT</legis-type><official-title display="yes">To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 410 Dakota Avenue South in Huron, South Dakota, as the <quote>First Lieutenant Thomas Michael Martin Post Office Building</quote>.</official-title></form><legis-body display-enacting-clause="yes-display-enacting-clause" style="OLC"><section section-type="section-one" id="S1" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">First Lieutenant Thomas Michael Martin Post Office Building</header><subsection id="idE30646E5649146C9A9ABC15B273CA873" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Designation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 410 Dakota Avenue South in Huron, South Dakota, shall be known and designated as the <quote>First Lieutenant Thomas Michael Martin Post Office Building</quote>.</text></subsection><subsection id="idA410721A7D874B86B903F414C85C5EF1" commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">References</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the <quote>First Lieutenant Thomas Michael Martin Post Office Building</quote>.</text></subsection></section></legis-body><attestation><attestation-group><attestation-date date="20240423" chamber="Senate">Passed the Senate April 23, 2024.</attestation-date><attestor display="no"></attestor><role>Secretary</role></attestation-group></attestation><endorsement display="yes"></endorsement></bill> |
