This bill directs the Department of the Interior to submit a strategy, including a proposed time line, for relocating the headquarters of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) from Washington, DC, to Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming in a manner that will save the maximum amount of taxpayer money practicable.
