Not showing update submission score and date

I have submitted new models yesterday and today as well but I checked the date it shows is 25 Feb only and same ranking and score. There is some issue that it is not updating my score and submission file. Please assist.
Closing this discussion as I got my answer. They got submitted but the score was more so wasn't updated.
