CUDA_HOME environment variable is not set

I'm trying to install stable_audio_tools but I'm getting an error while installing flash_attn module
I have already installed CUDA v12.5, set CUDA_HOME, CUDA_PATH and appended PATH variables for both user and system environment, rebooted my pc
nvcc --version works
Using Python 3.12.4 in venv

use python 3.10 and install all dependency as per given
