Model is overloaded

I got "Model is overloaded" error when I used "tiiuae/falcon-7b-instruct" with langchain4j since yesterday. Waited a day. Today, I still got the error and then tried this model in https://huggingface.co/tiiuae/falcon-7b-instruct and also got the same error. See the below screenshot. I am using the HF free account. Was a new pricing policy recently applied to this model to limit free account users to use (read)? Or there is a problem for this model?
